Category: Savignola Paolina

Just after Greve in Chianti, to the south, is the Savignola Paolina winery. With its five hectares of sustainably managed vineyards, it fits perfectly into the rolling hills of Tuscany. The winery was founded in 1780 by the Fabbri family. Particularly legendary: Paolina Fabbri, who not only polished up the reputation of the wines, but also gave the estate her name - and so Savignola simply became Savignola Paolina.

In 2015, the Swiss couple Luzius and Manuela Caviezel took over the entire winery. Ludovica Fabbri, a trained oenologist and former owner, never lost sight of her goal: top quality instead of mass production. And that is exactly what you notice in the wines. To this day, Savignola Paolina is a small, charming winery that combines tradition and craftsmanship with a modern, fresh touch - a real insider tip for all wine lovers!
