Shipping conditions
VINOVUM Weinhandel OG ("VINOVUM") delivers your order directly and quickly to your desired address.
Parcel delivery (shipping countries, shipping costs and delivery times)
The wines and products available and orderable in the online store are handed over to VINOVUM's logistics partner (WeShip Fulfillment GmbH, Austrian Post) within 72 hours (Monday to Friday).
The shipment of goods by VINOVUM is limited to the following countries. The Delivery times from goods issue at VINOVUM please refer to the table below.
Delivery of the goods by the logistics partner to the recipient takes place during the course of a day from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays); delivery in the evening is not possible. In exceptional cases, delays may occur due to increased parcel volumes (e.g. in the run-up to Christmas).
The specified shipping costs can also be found in the table below. These apply ex warehouse VINOVUM without deduction. Shipping to parcel stations in Germany (DHL) is possible. Please enter the relevant data in the form fields provided under billing address and/or delivery address.

Packaging
The wines are shipped in approved wine logistics cartons. All shipments are insured against breakage or theft up to a value of EUR 510.00 without additional payment by the customer.
